What sets us apart from other restoration companies in McKay Landing? Training, training and more training! At SERVPRO of South Rancho Cucamonga, we require our employees to undergo six weeks of initial training when they begin working for us as well as certification programs, ongoing e-learning, and continuing education classes.

We follow the guidelines and industry standards set by Institute of cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), and study the best practices in water and fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses. 

Employee Certification Training and e-Learning

All of our employees have access to voluntary, web-based training on an ongoing basis. They can work to become certified after the successful completion of course materials and examination in:

• Fire Restoration
• Water Restoration
• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
• Mold Mitigation
